Our Interdepen-Dance class is a friendly, welcoming dance session designed for disabled adults and adults with mental health challenges. The class focuses on movement, creativity and enjoyment, with everyone encouraged to take part at their own pace in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Sessions include guided dance activities that help build confidence, strength, mobility and coordination, followed by relaxed social time where participants can chat, connect, and enjoy being part of a community. No previous dance experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome.
Participants also have opportunities to contribute ideas, explore creativity and take part in an end-of-year showing for friends and family—celebrating progress, achievement and togetherness.
