Dance Fitness

Dance fitness classes offer a relaxed environment where you can really let your inhibitions go, learn some new moves and meet some great people along the way.

Routines incorporate interval training using fast and slow rhythms. 

It’s a great way to exercise your body whilst having fun. 

45 minute classes with our instructor Mazal can be part of a great schedule of activity in your week. It’s fun and you get fit!
